Diamond City is located on the Sugarloaf Peninsula on Bull Shoals Lake, in the heart of the Ozark Mountains.   Diamond City is a quiet hamlet on the North end of Scenic Highway 7.  Our town, of mostly retired folks, has 3 Restaurants, Resorts, Convenience Store, Laundry,  Corps of Engineer Park, and a Golf Course.  Lead Hill COE Park has a Marina and two boat ramps.       
     Within an hours drive you can:
             Visit Branson, Missouri and its varied Shows and Shopping.
             Visit Eureka Springs with its shows and shopping.
             Fish for Trout in the World Famous White River.
             Canoe or tube the Buffalo River and the White River. 
             Hike the countless back woods areas to secluded waterfalls and amazing vista views.
             Motorcycle or Bike the Ozark hills.
             Golf on Over 15 courses.
             Kayak "The Bull'" or White River.
             Ride the last Ferry Boat in Arkansas.
             Hunt for Whitetails, Raccoons and Turkey.

Bull Shoals Lake is 45000 surface acres with over 1200 miles of shoreline.  "The Bull," is normally  calm, to slight swells, with up to 20 feet surface visibility.  The uncrowded coves, nooks, and crannies allow everyone a peaceful place to enjoy.  Water sports include jet skis, knee boarding, barefoot skiing, and wakeboarding.  Of course, Fishing is king.  Black Bass are abundant and smallmouth, and whites closely behind.  Catfish up to 90 lbs. have been taken.  During the proper water temp times black and white Crappie are great.  Also, Walleye do well in spring and fall.  A pending World Record freshwater Hybrid Striper weighing in at 68 lbs. was a local catch.  Yellow Perch are now being caught.
Scuba Diving is excellent!  You do need a wetsuit below 20 feet, even in the heat of the summer. 
Cliff jumping is a popular Family event.  There are endless beaches to picnic on and home base from.
